How do I exchange or return an item?

ALL MERCHANDISE MUST BE SENT IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND THE ORIGINAL RECEIPT MUST BE INCLUDED WITH THE MERCHANDISE.

FOOD PRODUCTS:

ALL FOOD PRODUCT SALES ARE FINAL. Due to safety concerns food products cannot be accepted for return. An 'ice pack' is included in packages containing products which may melt in heat. We cannot be responsible for melted products (i.e., chocolate, caramel, marshmallow). EXCHANGES WILL NOT BE MADE FOR MELTED PRODUCTS. If your food product arrived damaged during shipment, it may be exchanged for the same product. Please contact our Customer Service for detailed exchange information.

APPAREL:

Apparel may be exchanged for a different size provided the product has not been worn or washed and still has tags attached. Please contact our Customer Service for detailed exchange information.

MISCELLANEOUS MERCHANDISE:

Products damaged in shipping may be exchanged for the same product. Please contact our Customer Service for detailed exchange/return information for miscellaneous merchandise (i.e., golf balls, ash trays, mugs).

SHIPPING FEES:

Customer assumes all shipping costs.  All exchanges are shipped UPS Ground unless customer requests a shipping upgrade.  The cost of such an upgrade is charged to the customer.

OUT OF STOCK:

Product inventory balances fluctuate throughout the day with sales demand.  When an item you order is NOT identified as out-of-stock it does not necessarily mean that it will be in-stock at the moment you order it.  We will notify you within 24 hours via email if the item you ordered is out-of-stock.

CANCELING AN ORDER:

Please contact our customer service to cancel an order.  You will need to provide the following information: First Name / Last Name / Order Number / Email Address / Phone Number.  Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been charged and/or shipped out.  In the event that a cancellation was submitted (via email or phone), and your order was shipped out in error, we will gladly refund the complete balance charged including shipping once the order is received back at our warehouse.  However, if the cancellation request was documented as received after the order was shipped, we will refund the merchandise total less shipping.
